Process

How your print project unfolds

Initial consultation and briefing

We start with a free initial consultation: what should be printed, for which occasion and in what quantity. Afterwards you receive a clear offer with a fixed price and timeframe.

Concept and structure

We plan the content and structure of your print piece: which message belongs up front, how the pages are organised and which format and paper fit your use case.

Design

Now the design takes shape in the look of your brand: layout, images and copy are carefully worked out. You get to see drafts and your feedback flows directly in.

Fine-tuning and print approval

We check every detail for legibility and impact, control colours, margins and resolution and present the final version for your approval before anything goes to print.

Print handling

On request we handle the coordination with the print shop: getting quotes, handing over files, checking the proof. You do not have to worry about anything and receive the finished result.

Handover and support

You receive all print-ready files and source files, organised and reusable for reprints. We stay available afterwards whenever you need adjustments or new print runs.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about Print & Promotional Materials

What do print materials cost at UNFINISHED?

Business cards start at 149 euros, flyers and folders at 190 euros, posters and roll-ups at 290 euros and a brochure at 390 euros, each including 20 percent VAT for the design. After a short initial conversation you get a fair fixed price for your specific scope.

Are the printing costs included in the price?

The price covers design and print-ready files. The printing itself is billed directly by the print shop, so you pay no markup. On request we get quotes and handle everything for you, transparently and without hidden costs.

Can I use my existing logo and design?

Yes. We work with your existing visual identity and follow your guidelines. If you do not have a logo or style guide yet, we are happy to develop both with you, matched to your print materials.

Do I get the open source files?

Yes. Alongside the print-ready PDFs you also receive the source files of your print materials. That keeps you independent and lets you have reprints or changes done anytime, wherever you like.
