Your digital employee does not work in isolation, but with the software you already use: your accounting program, your mailbox, your bank account, your calendar or your online shop. "Connecting" means we link it securely to those programs so it can work in them on its own, for example entering a receipt straight into your accounting program instead of you typing it out. The more programs are connected, the more work it takes off your hands.

You see the first results after one to two weeks. He is properly trained in after two to three months. That is how long it takes for all the special cases of your business to sink in. This onboarding is included in the price.

We look at your business and give you a concept with a fixed price before anything gets built.

The platform costs 990 € once, each employee 890 € for onboarding plus 150 € a month. The bundles are cheaper: the Start package (platform + 1 employee) costs 1,500 € plus 150 € a month from month 4. For comparison: a part-time office assistant costs from around 1,200 € a month, plus holidays, sick leave and the search.

No, and that is exactly what many providers keep quiet about. An AI that you simply set up and let run gets worse over time instead of better: every company has its own processes, special cases and suppliers that need to be understood. So we keep analysing the results, lower the error rate and tune every employee to your business until the system is ready to learn on its own and only needs spot checks. The first 3 months of this monitoring and adjustment are included, after that the monthly salary is what keeps that cycle running. So it is not a hidden fee: we run and monitor your system, carry all ongoing AI costs and roll out improvements automatically. And if you stay 12 months, 2 of them are on us.

Yes. The minimum term is 6 months from the start of operation, after that you can cancel monthly. The 6 months are not there to tie you down, but because an employee only delivers full value once trained in. Anyone who commits to 12 months straight away gets two months free.

Honestly conservative: 70 % of your routine time disappears, not 100 %, because some checking always remains. We calculate with 45 working weeks a year. On the hours slider, add up EVERYTHING: receipts, invoices, enquiries, appointments, filing, chasing. Across the whole business that usually adds up to far more hours than people think. The monthly salary starts in month 4, the first three are part of the onboarding. We do your own calculation in the first conversation, honestly, even if it turns out smaller.

Honest answer: the well-known KMU.DIGITAL subsidy is budgetarily exhausted for 2026, applications are no longer possible. For businesses in Vienna, the Vienna Business Agency may be an option (50 %), but only from a project volume of 10,000 €. In the first conversation we check honestly whether there is a route for you.

Any time. The first employee costs 150 € a month, each additional one 70 €. So you start small and add more whenever you want, just like hiring more staff. The best part: from the third employee you are automatically in the Business package (290 € a month), with no need to rebook. You never pay extra for growing, you always slide into the cheaper bundle price. It works the same way downwards: if a task runs out seasonally, you simply pause that employee.

No problem. The task allowance (200, 1,000 or 3,000 a month) can be extended at any time without adding a whole employee. Tell us how much you need, we increase the capacity, and you only pay the difference.

Your data always belongs to you, you can export it at any time. The software itself you rent: you get a right of use, not a copy to take away or resell. That has a good reason in your favour: precisely because we run and maintain the system centrally, you automatically get every improvement, carry no maintenance and no ongoing AI costs, and never have an outdated system in the house. It runs in your walled-off environment on our EU servers, you use it, we keep it running.

On servers in Austria or the EU. We build with software we run ourselves, not with US toolkits. Your receipts and customer data are processed, but never used to train AI models. You get the data processing agreement from us without having to ask.

If an automation touches employee data, Austrian labour law applies on top. We tell you honestly when the works council has to be involved, before we build and not afterwards. You also get a deletion policy and clear access rights.
