How a project with us works – from the first enquiry to the finished result.
How does working together work?
It all starts with a free initial consultation. After that we define goals and scope, you receive a clear quote with a fixed price, and we deliver step by step – transparently and without unnecessary loose ends.
How long does a project take?
That depends on the scope. A logo is often ready in 1–2 weeks, a complete website in around 3–6 weeks. We set the exact timeframe together at the start.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few days of the initial chat and order confirmation. If it's urgent, tell us your preferred date – we'll do our best to accommodate it.
Who does UNFINISHED work for?
For founders, small and medium-sized businesses, and anyone who finally wants to wrap up an open project properly.
Do you also work remotely or across Austria?
Yes. We're based in Vienna and work throughout Austria and remotely. Appointments are by arrangement.

What our services cost and how the prices are made up.
What does a website or branding cost?
Every service has a transparent "from" starting price – e.g. a logo from €590, a website from €1,900. Since we work individually and by hand (no templates), we'll give you a fair fixed price for your specific scope after a short initial consultation.
What does a website cost in Austria – and why does it vary so much?
Website prices in Austria range from cheap website builders to custom agency solutions. We build by hand (no templates) and start at €1,900 – the fixed price is set by the number of pages, features and content. You get a clear price upfront with no hidden costs.
Why are they "from" prices?
Because every project has a different scope. The "from" price is the entry point; the final price depends on features, the number of pages, content and effort. You always get a clear fixed price before we start – no hidden costs.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all stated prices include 20% VAT.
Is there funding available for a website or branding?
In Austria there are funding programs for digitalisation and marketing depending on your project (e.g. via the Vienna Business Agency, the WKO or aws). Whether something applies to you depends on your company – it's best to ask the relevant body directly. We're happy to provide the documents you need (quote, scope of work).
Do I get a fixed price or do you bill by the hour?
As a rule we work with a fair fixed price that we agree on together in advance. That way you know exactly where you stand from the start.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit is usually agreed at the start of the project. You'll find the exact terms in our Terms & Conditions.

Which services do you offer?
Branding & logo, websites & landing pages, copy & messaging, marketing & visibility, social media & content, relaunch & completion, print & promotional materials, as well as custom software & CRM. You'll find an overview with prices under "Services".
Do you do SEO and get me higher up on Google?
Yes. We build websites to be search-engine friendly from the ground up (clean code, fast loading, meta data, mobile-optimised) and provide ongoing SEO support on request. Being honest means: we don't promise a guaranteed #1, but a solid foundation and continuous improvement.
Do you also offer ongoing support (SEO, social media)?
Yes. We can handle SEO, ads, social media management and content on an ongoing basis – as monthly support, tailored to your goal and budget.
Can I maintain my website myself later on?
Yes, if you'd like. We build the site so you can update content yourself, and we walk you through it. On request, we'll also handle the upkeep entirely for you.
Do you also develop custom software or a CRM?
Yes. We build bespoke CRMs, web apps, customer portals and automations – tailored precisely to your workflows, not off the shelf.
Do you use templates or website builders?
No off-the-shelf templates – every design is created individually. For WordPress projects we work with the professional Bricks Builder, but we design everything from scratch and tailored to you. That's exactly what makes the difference in quality – and in our pricing.

So you know exactly what's included in the price – and what comes on top.
Is printing included with print & promotional materials?
No. We deliver the finished design as a print-ready file. The printing itself is done by a print shop – we're happy to recommend or arrange one. That way you pay for printing directly and transparently.
Are hosting and domain included with a website?
They're not included in the design price. We set everything up for you; hosting and domain run through your provider and only incur small ongoing costs.
Is the ad budget included with marketing & social media?
No. You pay the ad budget directly to the platform (e.g. Google or Meta). We handle the concept, execution and management – you decide the budget.
Are there ongoing costs for software & CRM?
Development is a one-time cost. Ongoing costs may apply for servers, operation and maintenance – we discuss those transparently upfront, before anything starts.
Which files do I get with logo & branding?
Your logo in all common formats (e.g. SVG and PNG) for free, unrestricted use – for web and print.
